Vous participez grâce à votre expertise dans des projets de construction ou rénovation en hôtellerie ou de shopping mall etc. Vous assurez la qualité des rendus, les offres et les livrables de phase des projets dont vous avez la charge. Responsabilités et tâches

Responsibility and authority


Key tasks and responsibilities:


Operate and maintain the Unit's Hospital, Medical and First Aid facilities;

Vos principaux défis et responsabilités : 

1. Phase d’installation et de démarrage des activités minières 

 S’approprier et intégrer toutes les études (géologiques, minières, hydrogéologiques, géotechniques …), les études environnementales, les séquences minières ainsi que les couts associés du projet ; 

 S’approprier le contrat du prestataire minier retenu ; 

 Manager le prestataire : son installation, le démarrage des opérations en mettant en oeuvre entre autre et dès le début toutes les dispositions contractuelles (planification, meeting, reporting, contrôle, …) 

 Actualiser, compléter et mettre en oeuvre la préparation pour exploitation (PPE) : les moyens humains (dimensionnement, formation, …) et techniques, les procédures d’opérations, les planifications court et moyen terme, … 

 En collaboration avec les équipes techniques du groupe, préciser toute l’ingénierie minière de détail (pistes, verses, …) pour une mise en oeuvre ;

2. Phase opération : 

 Mettre en place, piloter et coordonner la planification court terme (hebdomadaire, mensuel, trimestriel, annuel) avec toutes les équipes concernées (les vôtres, le prestataire, la géologie minière, le traitement) avec le souci d’une alimentation permanente de l’usine de traitement en quantité et qualité ; 

 Au quotidien, animer l’exécution de cette planification avec vos équipes et entre autre : 

 La diffusion des consignes d’exploitation, leurs suivis et leurs contrôles ; 

 En respectant et en faisant respecter ; 

- Les règles de sécurité et d’environnement ; 

- La récupération optimale du minerai en collaboration avec les équipes de géologie minière (respect des consignes, maitrise de la dilution, …) 

- Manager, piloter toute la relation avec le prestataire minier : meeting, respect des aspects contractuels, attachements/facturation, …

Votre profil et vos compétences : 

 Formation : Bac + 5 (Ingénieur, Universitaire), filière mine, géologie, sciences de la terre
