(CSL) has a seawater fire-fighting system comprising two fire-fightingmotor-driven pumps, a freshwater tank for priming the pumps, and a submerged seawater suction pipe.
The purpose of this project is to modify the seawater suction pipework of the CSL fire fighting network to overcome the problem of suction depth noted at low tide.
